Shipping policy

shipping & returns

we currently ship both locally and internationally. all orders are sent with tracked shipping.

local orders
please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive. shipping is via registered courier. once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

returns are accepted within 30 business days of delivery. items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging. to initiate a return, you can contact us at studio@subtle-body.com or through our instagram page @subtlebodyy

once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment (excluding shipping costs).

international orders
international orders ship within 5 business days. delivery times vary by region (typically 7–21 business days).

please note: duties and taxes may apply upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations. these are the responsibility of the customer.

we accept international returns within 30 days of delivery. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
