Shipping:

  • International shipping cost:
  • Free shipping to Orders over 100$ will not be charged for delivery.
    (VAT and Duties may apply)
  •  Below 100$ order, shipment cost: 30$
  • Your shipment will arrive within 14 business days.
  • Once your entire order has been dispatched, we will send a notification by e-mail with the tracking number of your delivery.

    Please note that for orders shipped outside of the European Union, import duties and taxes may be imposed upon receipt. These charges are determined by the customs authority of your destination country and are influenced by factors like the product's country of origin, local VAT rates, and import taxes. Kindly be aware that it is your responsibility to settle these charges if requested by your local authorities.

Exchanges:

  • We gladly welcome returns for all unworn and undamaged items within a 30-day window from the date of purchase.
  • Please ensure that each item you wish to return is accompanied by its original tags still intact and the shipping certificate. If you are processing an online exchange, you have the option to try a different size in the same style and color, subject to availability in our inventory.
  • Please be aware that the availability of the item you wish to exchange for is based on our current stock. Your exchange purchase will be shipped once we have received and processed the items you are returning.
  • Please note that for exchange shipments, there is a shipping cost of $30, which will be applied to cover the shipping expenses.

Returns:

  • You can return an item and get the full price within 30 days from the day of the receipt.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning any item/s using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds – when we will receive your delivery you will be notified by email and see the reference to the credit for your refund.

Order Changes:

  • Please be aware that once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes, including altering the shipping address
  • Recipients are responsible for payment of any duty and import taxes, collected upon delivery. These charges are not included in the total at checkout, as they are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. If a recipient refuses delivery due to customs charges, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier, and the order will be considered as ineligible for a refund.
